Sactionals are entirely modular, consisting of 'Seats' and 'Sides' that can be rearranged into any configuration. They are also washable, changeable, and designed to last a lifetime with a modular framing system.
How do I wash my Covers?
Most of our Covers are machine-washable. Simply unzip them from your Sactionals or Sacs and wash them on a cold cycle with mild detergent, then hang to dry to maintain their shape and soft texture.
What is the shipping policy for large furniture items?
We offer fast and free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Your furniture will arrive in manageable boxes via FedEx, making it easy to bring through narrow hallways and doorways.
Do you offer a trial period for your products?
Yes, we offer a 60-day Home Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund, excluding any original shipping fees if applicable.
What kind of warranty comes with Lovesac products?
We stand by our quality with a Lifetime Warranty on Sactionals hard pieces (frames and springs) and a 3-year warranty on soft goods like covers, cushions, and Sac inserts.
Can I add more pieces to my Sactional later?
Absolutely. Because our system is modular, you can purchase additional Seats and Sides at any time to grow your couch as your living space or family expands.
