Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 60 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back in their original packaging; for compressed Sacs, please use the return shrink kit provided by our team.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and securely attach it to each box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for larger Sactional configurations.
